EHS Projects offers turn-key consultancy services to companies operating under the EPR Regulations. Through our ongoing services, we can help you comply with your permit and ensure you capitalise on the benefits of what can be a complex process.
Meeting Your Business Needs
EHS will ensure that the permitting support is tailored to match the future plans for your business. Many companies are required to apply for a permit due to changes in their business processes. We can ensure that the making and timing of your application works with, rather than against, your business plans. EHS are experienced in negotiations with the Regulators, and we will strive to ensure the best possible outcome for your business both in pre and post application discussions.
Applications, Variations, Transfers and Surrenders
In addition to assisting companies to make new EPR applications, EHS can undertake the necessary paperwork and procedures on behalf of companies wishing to transfer, vary or surrender an existing permit.
Negotiations with your Regulator
Using Government and Environment Agency Guidance Notes where appropriate, we can help you build a case to take to your inspector in order to get the most pragmatic outcome for your business.

"I have been extremely impressed by the high quality of service that EHS Projects has provided Carlsberg UK and in particular the Leeds Brewery. Through our partnership with EHS over the last year we have had the most thorough environmental and H&S legal compliance assessments yet. This has led to strategic planning and assessment of our operations in line with our Environmental Permit and enabled us to approach challenges we face ahead with confidence.
I would encourage anyone to work with these guys and benefit from their unique partnership approach in the same way Carlsberg is doing. I look forward to working closely with the EHS Team in the future on both routine and project works".
Steve McCall, Carlsberg UK
